The Story Behind the Work
Jeevan Renjith operates at the intersection of finance, technology, and imagination. His work spans investment banking, venture building, and cross-border advisory, bridging ideas, capital, and execution across continents.
A graduate of NYU Stern school of Business and a CFA Charterholder, Jeevan has worked across the full spectrum of global finance — from driving billion-dollar strategies at Bank of America and HSBC, to leading strategic finance and AI-driven initiatives at Wipro and now shaping cross-border investments at Baird Augustine. At Baird Augustine, he helped shape the firm’s evolution into one of Silicon Valley’s fastest-rising cross-border advisory platforms — architecting strategies that connected frontier-market innovation with institutional capital.
At Erez Capital, he partners with founders at the frontier of AI, fintech, and digital infrastructure, translating complex technologies into commercially viable, scalable businesses. His approach blends the discipline of a banker, the curiosity of a technologist, and the intuition of a founder —that underpins his philosophy of “building what’s next before the world realizes it needs it.
As a Partner, he spends his time working with founders, investors, and operators shaping the future of AI, fintech, and digital infrastructure — exploring how intelligent systems are reshaping the flow of money, information, and opportunity. His philosophy is simple: build what endures; invest in what compounds. Beyond balance sheets and business models, Jeevan is deeply curious about systems — how technology, policy, and human behavior intersect to create long-term structural shifts. His writing distills these intersections into ideas that inform, challenge, and occasionally provoke.
Outside of work, Jeevan stays active through strength training, running, and exploring trails. He enjoys pushing his limits at the gym, discovering new routes on weekend runs, and finding clarity in motion. Fitness, for him, is less about routine and more about resetting — a way to balance the intensity of work with focus, energy, and perspective.
